Maitreya, the “world teacher”, is expected to initiate his ‘Day of Revealing’ anytime now, and is reported to have been making a number of special appearances in third world countries. Funny thing though, the website dedicated to everything the character states that “Maitreya’s appearances have been halted temporarily since 2002.”
David Koresh, former leader of the Branch Davidian cult in Waco, Texas, believed he was the Lamb of Revelation 5 because he received revelations from God in how to interpret the seven seals needed to be broken in order to open the scroll. 75 people died in the inferno that ensued during the attempted takeover of the compound by the FBI and ATF on April 19, 1993.
