What Percentage of Israel is Christian?

July 16, 2017 By Trumpeter 1 Comment

Christians currently make up just 2% of Israel’s adult population.

Source: www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2016/05/10/5-facts-about-israeli-christians/  ( 2010 )

So this is rather significant when considering the Rapture…Israel will hardly be affected should 1% or 2% of it's population be caught up to heaven. Numbers wise, this would be somewhere around 80,000 to 150,000 people total.

In comparision, according to a 2014 study by the Pew Research Center, 3% of the adult population of the United States identified themselves as Jewish, 70.6% of the adult population of the United States identified themselves as Christians, with 46.5% professing attendance at a variety of churches that could be considered Protestant, and 20.8% professing Roman Catholic beliefs.

Even if only 1/2 of those who identify as themselves as Christians are caught up to heaven, that would be 35% of the entire population of the United States, or over 100 million people.  The country would essentially cease to exist and would instantly transform from a land of law and order to disorder, or chaos or anarchy.

Think about it.

Palestinian Statehood?

September 27, 2011 By Trumpeter Leave a Comment

August 31, 2011 >> update

United Nations Palestinian Statehood VoteAll Bible prophecy centers around Israel, a tiny country surrounded by enemies sworn to her destruction in word, faith and deed. Never before in the history of the world was their a country that was, was not, and then became a country again some 2,000 years later. Even the Hebrew language was brought back from the dead. Life has been breathed into the dry bones of this small Mediterranean spit of land, that was a fruitless, dusty nomad's land not more than 60 years ago.

"Israel is the very embodiment of Jewish continuity: It is the only nation on earth that inhabits the same land, bears the same name, speaks the same language, and worships the same God that it did 3,000 years ago. You dig the soil and you find pottery from Davidic times, coins from Bar Kokhba, and 2,000-year-old scrolls written in a script remarkably like the one that today advertises ice cream at the corner candy store."
– Charles Krauthammer

How many resolutions have been passed by the United States against Israel? The Answer is somewhere more than 65 times. How can the United Nations be taken seriously when they have not passed 1 single resolution against the attrocities committed by Northern Sudan against the south, yet focus so much time and energy on Israel? While Israel should not be above the law, the UN record speaks for itself. There is an obvious and clear bias against the country of Israel by the very same General Assembly which conceived of the creation of the state in 1948.

A United Nations vote for offical membership of Palestine based on rolled-back borders to the pre-1967 lines is upcoming in September, 2011. However, membership in the United Nations, according to Article 4 of its charter, is open to all “peace-loving states which accept the obligations contained in the present Charter and, in the judgment of the Organization, are able and willing to carry out these obligations.”

The items slated for discussion during the 66th regular session of the General Assembly include:

Permanent sovereignty of the Palestinian people in the Occupied Palestinian Territory,
including East Jerusalem, and of the Arab population in the occupied Syrian Golan over
their natural resources.

The United States has veto power in the United Nations, but Obama envisioned aloud that "when we come back here next year, we can have an agreement that will lead to a new member of the United Nations — an independent, sovereign state of Palestine, living in peace with Israel."

I believe that disaster is heading for America in the form of God's wrath if the United States continues to favor the granting of statehood to the Palestinians and if the United States does not exercise it's veto power against any vote that arises at the UN on the issue of Palestinian statehood.

Recently I read an article about the correlation between natural disasters in the United States following actions or decisions by the United States which are not in favor of Israel.

It's interesting that the entire East Coast was just rocked by a rare 5.9 earthquake centered near Washington D.C. and was followed by Hurricane Irene a few days later, causing the worst flooding in Vermont in over 100 years. Also interesting that the stock markets in America have been on shakey ground in response to the debt rating of the US being downgraded and global economic fears centering around countries in Europe like Greece, Spain, Portugal and Ireland.

We're about to see some major power shifts in the Middle East. This week Muammar Quadafi has been officially ousted by the rebels in Libya. A few months ago Mubarak of Egypt was ousted. It appears that Assad of Syria may be next to go in the popular Muslim uprisings against these Middle East dictators.

It appears that the stage is being set for the King of the South to make his appearance.

“I will make you into a great nation and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you,and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.”
Genesis 12:2-3

"Thus says the Lord God:
'Surely I will take the children of Israel from among the nations, wherever they have gone, and will gather them from every side and bring them into their own Land."
Ezekiel 37:21

The Blackouts of 2003 in the United States and Italy, a time when people can’t see the Light.

October 4, 2003 By Trumpeter Leave a Comment

Aug / Sept / Oct 2003 Update:

October 4, 2003

In light of the recent blackout in the United States its interesting that the entire country of Italy experienced their worst blackout since World War II on September 28th. Whats even more interesting is that the Italian blackout happened on the Sunday that the Pope announced a new set of cardinals. Speaking of popes and cardinals, a new movie called ‘Luther‘ starring Joseph Fiennes, which chronicles the beginning of the Protestant Reformation by Martin Luther has just been released and it’s a ‘must see’. I had mediocre expectations of this movie and was gratefully surprised at what a gem it turned out to be. Even Catholics should see this movie, ( especially Catholics ).

The latest?

BLACKOUT… a time when people can’t see the Light.
4 days later after the largest blackout in history and we still don’t know the exact cause. Al Qaeda is claiming responsibility, but that doesn’t mean anything since lying and deception are such an instrinsic part of their culture. Millions of people were affected; some were simply inconvenienced while others suffered greatly. People were trapped in elevators for hours, each grocery store probably had to trash in excess of $ 1 million in perishable food, people slept in the streets because they couldn’t get home or were evicted from the hotels they had been staying in. Thankfully looting wasn’t a big problem, despite the summer heat. In the Book of Exodus one of Lord’s judgements against Egypt was darkness that covered the land.

Exodus 10:22
So Moses stretched out his hand toward the sky, and total darkness covered all Egypt for three days.

Could this be seen as a warning? I think it can. Here are some of America’s greatest cities, New York City, Philadelphia, Cleveland, Detroit, but they’re so dependent on electricity which is delivered on an unreliable system that is out of their control. The day is coming soon when darkness will cover the land again:

Revelation 6:12

I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake. The sun turned black like sackcloth…
Revelation 16:10

The fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and his kingdom was plunged into darkness.
Men gnawed their tongues in agony and cursed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, but they refused to repent of what they had done.

However, those who acknowledge the name of the Lord will be kept from harm…read this psalm:

Psalm 91

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD , “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”

Surely he will save you from the fowler’s snare and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday. A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you. You will only observe with your eyes and see the punishment of the wicked.

If you make the Most High your dwelling- even the LORD , who is my refuge- then no harm will befall you, no disaster will come near your tent. For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone. You will tread upon the lion and the cobra; you will trample the great lion and the serpent.

“Because he loves me,” says the LORD , “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. He will call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. With long life will I satisfy him and show him my salvation.”

It seems true that interest in the 2nd Coming of Christ has waned in these recent months, despite record breaking temperatures, the largest blackout ever, the ordination of homosexual priests, and the push for Israel to give up their land. The appointed time only draws nearer.

1-Year Anniversary of the September 11th attack on the United States

September 11, 2002 By Trumpeter Leave a Comment

It’s been over a year now. I thought I’d have more to say about the anniversary of the September 11th attacks, but I don’t. Our nation is obviously being preprared for the war that is about to be waged upon Saddam Hussein in Iraq. The NASDAQ stock market hit 6 year lows today and unemployment is almost 6%. Over a dozen Israelis have been killed in the last week from the latest wave of murderous Islamic ‘suicide bombers’ who have dispatched themselves to Hell. In response, Israel has all but destroyed the terrorist Yasser Arafat’s headquarters in Ramallah. Almost 50 people have died here in the US from the West Nile virus this summer. The government is talking about offering voluntary Small Pox vaccinations soon. Over half the US is suffering from the worst drought in decades if not 100 years. I understand that church attendance is below pre-Sept. 11th levels. More people are probably asking if there is any hope in all this.

God’s judgment is his mercy, but many people don’t see it that way.

I believe God gave me a scriptural revelation the other night while driving on the freeway, here it is:

The body of Jesus Christ was risen as a new, incorruptible, glorified body early on the 3rd Day. So it will be with the Body of Christ today, which is the Church. On the 3rd day the body, that is the church of true believers, will be given new incorruptible bodies and will rise to meet Christ in the air. The Rapture is nearer than ever, but do not give any attention to anyone who says they know the day or the hour, because God’s Word says no one, not even the angels, know what the day or the hour is….but its near.

I believe that the 3rd day has already begun.

Hosea 6:1-2
Come, let us return to the LORD. He has torn us to pieces but he will heal us;
he has injured us but he will bind up our wounds. After two days he will revive us;
on the third day he will restore us, that we may live in his presence.

2 Peter 3:8
But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. 9The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.

2000 years = 2 days to the Lord
2000 years since Christ is right about now.
Check out this math for fun,
