Alternative: 1200 × 1500 px (4:5 vertical) also performs well, taking up more screen space in the feed.

Feed posts (preferred): 1080 × 1350 px (4:5 vertical) — this is the most screen-real estate without being cropped.
Square option: 1080 × 1080 px (1:1) — classic meme size, always safe.
Stories/Reels: 1080 × 1920 px (9:16 full screen)
Twitter / X Sizes
1200 × 675 px (16:9 horizontal) — the default safe size.
1080 × 1350 px (4:5 vertical) now also works well and stands out more in the timeline.
Pinterest Sizes
Standard Pins: 1000 × 1500 px (2:3 vertical) — Pinterest favors tall images, and this ratio is recommended.
Max height for infographics/memes: Up to 1000 × 2100 px, but avoid going taller (risk of cutoff).
All Purpose Meme Size
If you want to design once and repurpose across all four, go with 1080 × 1350 px (4:5 vertical). It works well on Instagram (primary platform for memes), is accepted on Facebook and Twitter/X, and can be repurposed into a 2:3 version for Pinterest with minimal cropping.
