Background
John F. Walvoord (1910–2002) was a theologian, author, and pastor widely regarded as one of the most influential evangelical scholars of the 20th century on the subject of Bible prophecy. He served as president of Dallas Theological Seminary for over 30 years, shaping generations of pastors and teachers with his strong emphasis on dispensational theology and the authority of Scripture.
